1 Seller and scope

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases from German Speed Precision LLC, an Oklahoma business operating as GSP ("GSP," "we," "us," or "our"), through gsp-parts.shop and its linked Shopify checkout. We ship only within the United States to eligible addresses shown at checkout. Contact us at service@gsp-parts.shop or through gsp-parts.shop/contact.html.

Before placing an order, review these terms, the product listing, our Shipping Policy, and our Return and Refund Policy. These documents form the sales terms presented for your order. The version you accept at checkout applies to that order; later changes do not alter an existing purchase. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over any conflicting provision.

2 Orders and payment

You must have legal capacity to enter the purchase and provide accurate contact, delivery, vehicle and customization information. Review your selected product, variant, quantity and total before submitting the order. You authorize the payment shown at checkout using a payment method you are entitled to use.

We send an automated order acknowledgement with your order details. An acknowledgement or payment authorization alone does not guarantee stock availability. If we cannot supply an item, or identify a material listing error, we will contact you and arrange cancellation and the refund required by law. We will not substitute a different product or charge a higher price without your agreement. Our dispatch promise runs from receipt of a complete order and required payment or valid authorization, as described below.

3 Prices and product descriptions

Prices are in US dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown before payment. Discounts and promotions apply according to the conditions disclosed when offered. We do not apply later price changes to an existing order without your agreement.

The specific product listing identifies the item, supported vehicles, selected options and included components. Check whether accessories shown in photographs are included. General workshop scenes or illustrations are not a promise that every pictured item is supplied. This does not excuse an inaccurate product description or remove rights relating to goods that do not conform to the description.

4 Shipping and delays

We hand your order to the shipping carrier no later than seven calendar days after receiving your complete order and the required payment or valid payment authorization. Creating a label alone is not shipment. Carrier transit time is additional; Express shipping does not shorten preparation time. The Shipping Policy explains eligible destinations, charges and delivery estimates.

If we cannot meet the dispatch deadline, we will notify you, explain the revised timing and offer delay consent or cancellation of the unshipped items. Without your express agreement to the delay, we will cancel and refund those items, including applicable taxes and attributable shipping charges, as set out in the Shipping Policy. The stated refund period for these cancellations is seven business days; any shorter legally required period controls.

5 Fitment and installation

Check your model year, trim, equipment and vehicle modifications against the listing. Ask GSP about unclear compatibility before ordering. Fitment claims cover the configurations identified in the listing. Your responsibility to check does not release GSP from responsibility for inaccurate fitment information.

Follow the product instructions, stated limits and relevant vehicle manufacturer guidance. Use a qualified installer where needed. Do not force a part into place or alter its mounting method. Stop installation if the part or hardware does not match the instructions or if safety is uncertain.

6 Safe operation and product concerns

A mount, cover or accessory must not obstruct the driver's view, controls, airbags, pedals, seat belts, required ventilation or safe operation. Secure mounted devices and accessories before driving. Follow applicable distracted-driving rules. Do not use a product in a way that disables safety equipment or defeats legally required emissions controls.

Check mounting security and condition as instructed. Stop using loose, cracked, deformed, overheated or unsafe parts and contact GSP. Follow product-specific load, temperature and use limits. These terms do not replace specific product warnings or installation instructions.

We are not responsible for damage to the extent caused by misuse, an incompatible installation, an unauthorized alteration or disregard of appropriate instructions, except where applicable law makes us responsible. This provision does not waive responsibility for a defective product, inadequate warnings or inaccurate information supplied by GSP.

7 Voluntary returns

Under the Return and Refund Policy, request return of eligible standard products within 30 calendar days after delivery at service@gsp-parts.shop. Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified and complete; opening packaging for inspection alone is allowed. Send the return within seven calendar days after receiving authorization and complete instructions.

For a voluntary change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping; original delivery charges are not refunded. We do not charge a restocking fee for an eligible return or retroactively charge for originally free shipping. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days after receipt of the return; bank processing can take longer. Products personalized or specially made to your individual specifications may be excluded from voluntary returns only where this is clearly disclosed before purchase. A standard product is not excluded simply because it is produced after ordering. These voluntary-return limits do not restrict separate legal rights for defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

8 Defects and warranties

Report defects, damage, incorrect goods or fitment information errors as soon as reasonably possible, with your order reference and an explanation. We will investigate and provide the legally required remedy. We cover required return shipping for defects or our errors. The voluntary 30-day return period does not cut off independent legal remedies.

Any specific written warranty supplied with a product applies according to its terms and applicable law. These Terms of Sale do not disclaim implied warranties or cancel express product promises. No additional fixed-duration warranty is created solely by this document.

9 Limited exclusion of economic loss

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GSP is not liable for indirect economic losses, such as lost profits or business interruption, arising from the purchase or use of a product. This exclusion does not apply to personal injury or death, physical damage to other property, fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. It does not remove a required remedy for defective or nonconforming goods or apply where it would be unconscionable or cause a remedy to fail of its essential purpose.

Some states do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so this provision may not apply to you. These terms are not a general release of product liability and do not require you to assume responsibility for GSP's defective products or wrongful conduct.

10 Order messages and customer support

We use the contact information supplied with your order to send order, shipping and service messages. Keep that information accurate and contact us if a confirmation is missing or incorrect. Tracking information depends on the carrier's updates and does not itself resolve a disputed delivery.

The website AI assistant provides general information and cannot change an order, authorize a return or confirm an individual vehicle installation. Contact the GSP team where technical fitment, safety, order changes or personal order information need review. This description of the assistant's role does not waive rights arising from representations made by GSP.

11 Privacy and marketing choices

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used, including by Shopify for checkout and by the provider of our optional website chat. Agreement to these sales terms is separate from any optional marketing consent. Declining marketing messages does not prevent a purchase or the receipt of necessary order communications.

12 Intellectual property and vehicle references

GSP content, branding, photographs and designs remain protected by applicable intellectual property law. A purchase transfers ownership of the physical goods as provided by law; it does not grant permission to reproduce protected designs or branding. You may keep and use instructions for the product you purchased. Third-party names and trademarks identify compatibility or context; their appearance does not by itself imply endorsement or affiliation.

13 Governing law and disputes

Oklahoma law and applicable federal law govern these terms, except that this choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections that otherwise apply. Please contact service@gsp-parts.shop with your order reference and a description of a dispute so we can try to resolve it. This request does not require you to waive a claim, miss a filing deadline or give up access to a court or regulator. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

14 Changes and remaining provisions

We may update these terms prospectively and identify the updated version and effective date when published. The accepted version remains applicable to an existing order unless a change is separately agreed or required by law. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms removes a nonwaivable consumer protection or a specific promise that forms part of your purchase.
