This notice covers the website and integrated product catalog at gsp-parts.shop, operated by German Speed Precision LLC, an Oklahoma business using the GSP name. For privacy questions, use our contact form.

Information used to deliver this website

Our hosting provider, GoDaddy, receives technical information when your browser requests a page or file. This can include your IP address, requested address, date and time, browser information and referring page. Hosting logs are used to deliver the site, investigate errors and help protect it against misuse.

This site does not have account registration or an on-site checkout. It does not ask you to enter payment information.

Cookies and optional Facebook content

GSP does not add advertising cookies or visitor-analytics scripts to this website. GoDaddy currently inserts its Website Metrics code into hosted pages; this site's security policy blocks that code from running. The site’s fonts and scripts are served from this website. Shop product images are loaded from Shopify.

The latest GSP Facebook posts can appear as cards in this website’s own design. Our server retrieves the public Page posts and stores a temporary copy of their text and images. Your browser loads these cards from GSP’s hosting server; viewing them does not connect your browser to Facebook. Selecting a Facebook link opens Meta’s website.

The embedded Facebook feed is optional and stays unloaded until you select Load Facebook updates. Loading it connects your browser to Meta. Meta can receive your IP address and browser information, use cookies, and associate activity with your Facebook account if you are signed in. Its own privacy policy applies.

You can use the GSP website without loading Facebook. Select Close Facebook feed to remove the embedded feed. Closing it stops that embed from loading further content; it does not erase information already sent to Meta or cookies it already stored. This site does not remember your loading choice between visits. You can also control cookies in your browser.

Integrated shop and shopping cart

When you browse the shop, your browser connects to Shopify to load current product details, images, prices and availability. Shopify receives technical information such as your IP address and browser information to provide this service. Cart requests send the products, selected variants, quantities and any item note you choose to add.

After you add a product, this website stores a Shopify cart identifier in your browser’s local storage so you can continue shopping between visits. The identifier expires locally after ten days without a successful cart refresh, and Shopify may expire the cart sooner. No payment details are stored in this browser storage. You can clear this website’s stored data using your browser settings. If local storage is unavailable, the cart works for the current page only.

Selecting Checkout takes you to Shopify to enter delivery and payment details and complete the order. Shopify’s checkout has its own privacy information and controls.

Agreement to sales terms

Before continuing from the GSP cart to checkout, you are asked to agree to the sales terms. Our server records the accepted statement, policy version, server date and time, a random reference and a hash identifying the cart and its contents. The acceptance record is also added to the Shopify cart so it can accompany your order. The consent record does not contain your name, email, delivery address, payment details, raw IP address or the secret cart access key. GSP uses these records to document the terms presented for a purchase and handle questions or disputes; records are retained only as needed for those purposes and applicable legal obligations.

A necessary checkout session cookie protects this process against forged requests. The session expires after one hour of inactivity. Temporary request limits use a hash of the IP address and are reset after one hour. This agreement does not sign you up for marketing.

Contact form and messages you send us

Our contact form asks for your name, email address, topic and message. These details are sent to the GSP support mailbox, hosted with GoDaddy, so we can respond by email. They are not sent to Facebook or used to sign you up for marketing.

The form uses a necessary session cookie to protect against forged requests and duplicate submissions. It lasts for your browser session; the associated server session expires after one hour of inactivity and is removed during routine cleanup. To limit spam, the server temporarily stores keyed hashes of the sending IP address and email address with submission timestamps. Entries older than one hour are discarded when another submission is processed. The form does not save message contents in a website database; correspondence is held in the support mailbox.

If you contact GSP through the form, by email or through a linked service, we use the information you provide to respond to your question or request. Avoid sending payment-card details or other sensitive information in an ordinary message. We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request, maintain relevant business records or meet applicable legal obligations.

Non-binding Charge Pipe pre-order list

If you join this list, we collect your email address and, if you provide them, your name and Explorer ST model range. German Speed Precision LLC stores these details on its GoDaddy hosting account, outside the public website directory, with the registration time, a reference and the statement you confirmed. We use the list to respond to your interest and email you about this product's availability. Joining does not place an order, reserve a product, require payment or subscribe you to general marketing.

The form uses a necessary session cookie to prevent forged requests; its server session expires after one hour. Temporary abuse limits store keyed hashes of your IP and email address with timestamps; entries older than one hour are discarded when another submission is processed. Repeated registration with the same email address does not create a second list entry.

We retain list information while handling the product interest list. To leave the list or request correction or deletion, use our contact form. Registration confirmation is shown on the website; the form does not automatically send a confirmation email.

Optional AI chat

The GSP AI assistant is optional. Opening the chat creates a necessary session cookie. When you send a message, the message and the recent conversation are sent from our server to OpenAI to generate an answer using GSP website and product information. The assistant cannot access your orders or email account and does not send messages to the GSP team. Use the contact form if you need a personal response.

Up to eight recent messages are kept in the chat session on our server so that follow-up questions make sense. The session expires after one hour of inactivity and is removed during routine cleanup. “Clear chat” removes the conversation from the active session; it does not erase information already processed by OpenAI. We request that OpenAI not save responses as retrievable conversation history. Its separate processing and retention controls still apply; see OpenAI’s API data information.

To limit misuse, our server keeps keyed IP-address hashes and request times for up to 24 hours, removing older entries when another request is processed. Chat messages are not written into these rate-limit records or sent to the support mailbox. Please do not include names, addresses, order details, passwords or payment information in the AI chat. AI answers can be wrong; check the current product listing and contact GSP if anything is unclear.

Your choices and privacy questions

GSP does not use this website's visitor information for cross-site targeted advertising or sell it. Because this website does not use those trackers, its behavior does not change in response to a browser's Do Not Track signal. Loading optional Facebook content or visiting another service is subject to that service's practices and controls.

To ask about information you have sent to GSP, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, use our contact form. We will handle requests according to applicable law and may need information to verify that a request relates to you.

Security and updates

This website uses HTTPS to encrypt the connection between your browser and the hosting server. No system can guarantee absolute security. We will update this page when the website's data practices change and show the revision date above.
